Manuel and his wife were like two peas in a pod, but now it’s just one and the pod is in desperate need of some TLC. After his wife passed away, Manuel couldn’t sleep in their bedroom, which was part of an old addition previous homeowners built. So he closed off the space, which opened it up to critters for the last 4 years. There’s no foundation, no permits, and no way Mike is leaving without giving Manuel a warm space to fill with new memories.
